Purpose of Processing

We process your data (email, company name, work logs) to operate the cleaning management SaaS service you have subscribed to.

Legal Basis

GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract; Art. 6(1)(c) — legal obligations (tax, labor records).

Data Recipients

Hosting providers in the EU; AI processors (OpenAI, Anthropic) under SCCs; optional integrations enabled by the tenant administrator.

Retention Period

Account data kept while your account is active. Audit logs: 12 months. Photos: 6 months. Right to erasure under GDPR Art. 17.

Your Rights

• Right of access (Art. 15) — export your data via Settings → GDPR.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17).
• Right to data portability (Art. 20).
• Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

International Transfers

Some AI providers operate outside the EU. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and a Transfer Impact Assessment.
